The Practice
Timothy Burke Architecture Inc. was founded in 1995 and has designed numerous projects, primarily in New England. Our work includes a wide variety of residential, commercial, and institutional buildings. We specialize in creating imaginative solutions for complex projects.
Each of our projects are tailored to the individual client while considering the many factors that contribute to the design such as the site conditions, program, zoning, and budget. Working closely with the client we develop the design ideas to fit their needs and goals.
We excel at navigating the project approval process and have obtained variances, special permits, and historic commission approvals. Assistance with bidding and negotiating with contractors is also an important part of our services.
During construction, we play a critical role in assisting the client with the successful completion of the project.
